Your private driver will meet you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation in Milan. Day 1 is deliberately kept light, giving you time to settle in after your flight before heading into the city with your guide.
Spend some time around the Brera district, known for its narrow streets, cafés, restaurants and independent shops. It’s an ideal area for a relaxed first afternoon, particularly after a long flight.

Your guide can introduce you to the neighborhood and recommend somewhere for dinner before you return to your hotel, ahead of a busy day exploring Milan.

Spend a full day discovering Milan with your private guide, starting at the magnificent Milan Cathedral. Step inside the Duomo, then head up to the rooftop to walk among its elaborate spires and take in views across the city.

Continue through the elegant Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II and Milan’s historic center on your way to Sforza Castle. Following lunch, visit Santa Maria delle Grazie to see Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper, one of the world’s most famous works of art. End the day with a relaxed walk through central Milan, then return to your accommodation before dinner.

Leave Milan in the morning with your private driver and head into the beautiful Langhe region of Piedmont, known for its rolling hills, vineyards and rural landscapes.

Join a local truffle hunter and trained truffle dog for a guided hunt through the countryside, learning how these prized ingredients are found and about the traditions surrounding truffle hunting in the region. Afterwards, sit down to a traditional lunch in the countryside, featuring local Piedmontese dishes and seasonal produce.

Return to Milan in the afternoon for your final evening in the city.

After breakfast, leave Milan and travel north with your private driver toward Lake Como. The journey is relatively short, so there is no need to rush the morning or turn the day into a lengthy transfer.

After checking into your lakeside accommodation, spend the afternoon exploring the surrounding area with your guide. Depending on where you choose to stay, you can walk along the waterfront, visit a nearby villa or garden, or simply spend some time around one of the lake’s smaller towns. Keeping the first afternoon flexible also means the following day can be dedicated entirely to exploring Lake Como by boat.

Head out onto Lake Como by private boat for a full day exploring the central part of the lake. Traveling by water is one of the best ways to see the area, passing waterfront villas, gardens, small harbors and villages backed by the surrounding mountains.

Stop in Bellagio to explore the waterfront and narrow streets climbing away from the lake before continuing across the water to Varenna. Here, spend time walking beside the lake and through the old village before rejoining your boat. Your private experience can be adjusted throughout the day, giving you more time in the places that interest you instead of following a fixed ferry schedule.

Leave Lake Como with your private driver and cross the border into Switzerland, continuing north toward Interlaken. The landscape changes as you move deeper into the Alps, with mountain roads, valleys, and Swiss towns replacing the Italian lakeside scenery.

After arriving and checking into your accommodation, keep the remainder of the day fairly relaxed. Walk through Interlaken, spend some time around the center, or head toward the nearby lakefront areas. Your guide can also use the afternoon to introduce the Jungfrau region and help prepare for the mountain excursions planned over the following two days.

Travel into the Jungfrau region with your guide for a full day visiting Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Start in Lauterbrunnen, a small Alpine village set in a dramatic valley of steep cliffs, waterfalls and towering mountain peaks.

Spend the morning seeing the valley before making your way to Grindelwald by mountain train. After lunch in the village, you’ll have time to take in the surrounding scenery, with several mountain viewpoints and walking routes within easy reach. Your guide will handle the train and cable car connections throughout the day.

Spend the day visiting Jungfraujoch, one of the highlights of the Swiss Alps. Travel from Interlaken into the mountains and continue by train towards Europe’s highest railway station at 3,454 metres.

At Jungfraujoch, visit the Sphinx Observation Deck for panoramic views across the surrounding peaks and the Aletsch Glacier. You’ll also have time to walk through the Ice Palace and enjoy the high-Alpine scenery before taking the mountain railway back towards Interlaken later in the afternoon.

Leave Interlaken and travel toward Bern, stopping for several hours in the Swiss capital. Explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town with your guide, walking beneath its long covered arcades and through streets lined with fountains, historic buildings and local shops.

See the Zytglogge clock tower and take in views across the Aare River, with time for lunch in the center of Bern. Later in the afternoon, meet your driver and continue to Lucerne, where you’ll check into your accommodation for the next three nights.

Spend a full day discovering Lucerne with your private guide. Start beside the Reuss River and cross the famous Chapel Bridge into the Old Town, where painted façades, historic squares and pedestrian streets make the center ideal for exploring on foot.

After seeing the main sights, stop for lunch and enjoy some free time in the city. Later, make your way to the waterfront for a walk beside Lake Lucerne, with the mountains providing an impressive backdrop across the water.

Set out for one of the highlights of your time in Lucerne, combining a boat journey across Lake Lucerne with a trip up Mount Pilatus.

Cruise across the lake with views of the surrounding mountains before continuing toward Mount Pilatus. Travel up the mountain by railway or cable car and spend time at the summit viewpoints. If the weather is good, you can also follow one of the shorter walking trails before beginning the journey back down. Return to Lucerne later in the afternoon for your final evening in the city.

After breakfast, meet your private driver for the short journey from Lucerne to Zurich. With less than an hour on the road under normal conditions, you’ll have most of the day available to begin exploring Switzerland’s largest city.

Walk through the cobbled streets of the Old Town and the lively Niederdorf district before visiting the Grossmünster. Cross the Limmat River to see the Fraumünster, then continue to the Lindenhof for views across the river and Zurich’s historic rooftops. Finish the afternoon around Bahnhofstrasse and Paradeplatz before checking into your hotel.

Begin your final full day along the shores of Lake Zurich, walking the waterfront promenade before visiting the Chinese Garden and nearby Zürichhorn park.

Continue to Zürichberg and take the Dolderbahn funicular into the hills above the city, where you can enjoy views across Zurich, the lake and towards the Alps. After lunch, head to West Zurich to see a completely different side of the city, including the shops and cafés beneath the railway arches and the former industrial quarter around Viadukt. Return to central Zurich for your final evening.

Enjoy a relaxed final morning in Zurich depending on your flight time. You may want to return to the Old Town, walk beside Lake Zurich, or simply stop for breakfast or coffee near your hotel before checking out.
